On the first Friday of every month, we encourage everyone who is able to consider fasting before our First Friday Prayer meeting. Fasting can be from all food or just a liquid fast. The church is also open to anyone who might want to come during a lunch break to take some extra time to pray.

"But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, that your fasting may not be seen by others but by your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you." (Matthew 6:17-18)
